I was excited to try their T-Rex and Gorgonzola and Apple Pizza which is unique and delicious. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the restaurant only had macaroni available that day and lacked the ingredients to prepare other types of pasta. This limitation left us feeling bored as it significantly reduced the variety of options we could enjoy.

I've always supported Jacomax. Have loved their pizza since i first got to Hong Kong and had my first taste of their 20" pizzas in Sheung Wan. So glad they opened up in TKO and we co m e here religiously because my toddler loves their crust. Delicious pizzas and fantastic home made fried chicken. Their pesto prawn bucatini is to die for. Always pleasant to sit with a pint of Estrella and have fried chicken, salad and pizza

The service is excellent and the food is above the average. Have been to Sheung Wan branch as well. Will surely revisit if chances come.

My favourite Italian restaurant in Hong Kong! Amazing food and people at Jacomax we also had a birthday party where all kids and parents had a blast! Lovely team there who really care about everyone having a great experience there!

location is not exazctly the best in the mall, however, nothing else i can moan about with the heartful service, delicious foods (and drinks), and probably the best pizza in town, i had gievn their sheung wan/causeway bay shops a try also, and all of those did maintain the service/food standards, will difinately come again !

A good pizza place with a lot of options. Pizzas are big, could handle more tomato sauce and cheese, but it’s still tasty enough. The restaurant is inside a mall, but the interior looks really good, you don’t feel like you’re in a shopping center. The staff is friendly, helpful and quick

I had an amazing time at the birthday party! The pizza-making experience was a highlight—we got to add our favorite toppings and even knead the dough ourselves. The birthday boy adored French fries, and the staff prepared a unique French fries cake just for him! They also organized a piñata session, which all the kids absolutely loved. The staff kept the kids engaged with fun games, motivating them throughout the event. Everyone truly enjoyed the celebration! The appetizer corner was outstanding, and all the guests rated the food five stars! Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Highly recommended!

It’s a Great Birthday Celebrate in Jacomax!! Staff were very polite and helpful start from booking till to the party everything is smooth and great . Food and pizza were yummy ! Recommend Creamy crab penne , my son can eat a lot. Adults and kids can enjoy also. Pizza class + free flow drinks Got a memorable day with my son and friends.
